In Guzzi workshop manuals on thisoldtractor you can clearly see that they give graphs with the spring rates. For example fig 31A in the Cali 1000-1000i just as an example.
Also if you go on the Racetech site they state the stock spring rate for the 2012 V7 which I just randomly choose.
For the...
Since you have swapped the ignition boxes left and right, the only remaining option is fuel. If fuel runs out of the hose if you open the tank valve, I assume it will, and let it run into a glass jar. If there are any debris or water that means that your only problem can be the fuel screw and...
In my 1995 Quota 1000 engine only the top bit of the distributor hole is machined so the o-ring of the cap has a seating surface. Deeper down it is irregularly cast with only an small opening on the forward side showing the cam that has no worm gear.
I guess the machined surface can be used to...
Check that your choke cables have enough play and also check the rubber discs in the choke plungers, maybe one of them is not sealing properly anymore. With a pick they can be popped out and reversed.
Also see if you can fabricate a bushing with a slight taper that can be Loctited into the back of the gearbox (the tunnel in the second picture). It's a reinforcement in case the UJ ever fails, it will destroy the gearbox / swing arm area. This is a common preventative measure in Europe
Have you tried Stein Dinse?
They have parts lists with part numbers on their site. Try to google that part number to see who in the world has the part you need. That part for the idiot lights is very expensive I found. Enough for me to leave my yellowed piece alone
Just remember that fuses are used to protect the wire or the lower rated components in the circuit. Without the Amp ratings for those, I guess you have to wait until somebody chimes in with their experience
These are the models that your speedo is used on according to Stein Dinse.

If your aim is to have a better chance of starting the engine, then for sure a second battery in parallel will result in a smaller voltage drop during a start, so less chance of an under voltage no start condition. For starting purposes I see no need for a 'house battery' isolation relay like...
To just get it to fire up, find a wiring diagram on thisoldtractor dot com and see if every safety switch on your bike is open or closed for a start condition. Understanding each individual circuit is key. Kill switch is off? Ignition lock not buggered? The fuel pump should run until max...
I recall that Guzzi riders have tried Buel or V-Strom pegs that fit with or without some grinding... Then you'd probably have to extend the operating rods to lower the brake and shift lever. Or buy brake/shift lever extenders to lower the ends. Check out the store here, I believe Todd sells those.
Another thing I was thinking of; can you find a common filter that has the right diameters and perhaps a shorter height? I don't know how the filter is attached, but maybe the height difference can be fixed with a spacer (like a fat slab of aluminium with the correct out- and inside diameter)...
Try Todd first, if he can not deliver, see what you find in the sticky at the top of the mono cylindrico section. Or you can try the big one in Germany. Search for Guzzi part # 32185.
Try to find out if your battery holds a charge; the voltage might have dropped already below a certain level were the ECU says 'sorry I am not even going to try'.
