Yep, all good now. Just came home from a 2850km trip barcelona. 6 days of 5-10 hr riding. My italian lady ran like a champ. Since they installed the new engine parts i didn‘t have any problems at all.
Hi there
I am thinking of getting my Audace a friend.
Saw the following ad today and I will have a look at it tomorrow: https://www.ricardo.ch/de/a/moto-guzzi-v7-special-1158655202/ . The bike was imported into Switzerland 1971 and mechanically restaurated a couple of years ago. It was already...
Euro 4 to euro 5 was actually a smaller step than euro 3 to euro 4. And every manufacturer knew it years ahead that this will be the date their motos would have to comply.
It was up to guzzi to make it euro5 compliable. They opted not to. It wouldn't have been profitable i think, since the...
The 1400s could be discounted next year, with the euro5 emissions regulation comin on 01/01/21.
Not official, but i'm not sure weather they are able and willing to do the work since the 1400s aren't sellimg well in recent years, worldwide.
Audace here. After 50 km i usually fill it up.
Light comes on when i have approx. 20% fuel left.
Lot's of brand do the counting as MG. Yamaha, Ducati etc. The only way if your sensor isn't that precise
Had the audace, now the audace carbon.
The old handlebar felt more aggressive, sportier, but also uncomfortable to me.
New one is still more forward than the other 1400s, but feels much better du to the bend.
I'm 180 cm.
Jeez, Just saw it today. Well, if anyone is coming to Switzerland, fell free to send me a message. I live 20 mins north of Zurich. Happy to show you my Little country.
Own the audace carbon. Way more comfortable than the old audace because of the new handlebars. Owned the first audace too and liked it aswell.
Biggeat distance i've ridden was slovenia - switzerland in one day, 10h. I like the original seat.
Girlfriend has the scout bobber. Lovely little bike...
Naa, i don't think so. Piaggio has 3 brands that are building every type of bike.
Piaggio - scooters
Aprilia - mainly spirts bikes
Guzzi - retro stuff (which are cruisers, v7s and retro styled enduros)
Cruisers are part of guzzis DNA. I'd love to see a more modern cruiser though, big cruiser...
So far they're still part of the line up. Wether they are still being built right now, probably noone can tell for sure here. The focus is def on the v85tt now for guzzi.
Euro 5 is coming on Jan 1st 2020. Every new type of motorcycle needs to be Euro compliable. Beginning Jan 1st 2021, every...
Got my Audace carbon checked last week. Took around 15 mins.
I guess at least 95% of the bikes won't have any problems, but since it's a safety issue they're obliged to check all the bikes...
