I appreciate all of the comments. I will probably stay with Agip brand since that is the only oil that has been in my Griso so far. It looks like ebay would be the cheapest place to purchase a case.
I need to purchase some Agip oil for my Griso 8v and would like to know the best/cheapest place to order it from. Iv checked with a couple Guzzi dealers in my state and answers ranged from never hearing of that type to another telling me go to my local Wal-mart and buy some oil there :?
Congrats on the purchase!! These bikes have their glitches and can be a little fussy at times but are well worth it when it comes to the fun factor.

Please post pics of any aftermarket mirrors that you have installed on your Griso. Im looking to replace my stockers and would like some ideas so if you have any pics, please post them up!
I just wanted to show off my custom cruise control setup that a friend machined for me this past weekend. The knurled piece threads up against the grip and grip sleeve putting tension on it to hold in place. He also machined in a groove and added a rubber o ring that acts as a lock to keep the...
Thanks! I found a couple pics with the bolts Im speaking of. They are on page 124. There are two bolts with spacers that anchor the head and cylinder down. I dont know how to post the pics here but I need the part numbers of the bolt and spacers. Also Is there anyplace online to order oem guzzi...
Its not showing it in that diagram. Its one of the external head bolts on the back right of the cylinder near the intake port. I would have to look again but its around the cam chain port.
I need to order one of the external head bolts on the left head of my griso 8v. Does anyone have a picture or parts diagram with part numbers listed. Thanks!

I bought it from the original owner. He purchased it new and had it serviced at Steelhorse. Bottom line here is that they did shit work on this bike period! According to their website the business is for sale and if not sold by the end of the year it will be closed down.
Ah yes the triangle. I was thinking it was a wrench for some reason. Anyways that makes sense why the tach only sweeps up to 5k when the key is first turned on. Many thanks Pete!
I did not have a chance to inspect the bike in person as it was numerous states away. The owner wasnt much of a hands on kind of guy so he just assumed everything was repaired correctly from the dealer. Im more disgusted over the fact that the dealer let a bike out of their shop like this, must...
There are two smaller bolts on the back side corners of the cyliner. Id say maybe a 10mm bolt that bolts the head to the cylinder. One was loose and the other missing. I just spoke to them and doesnt sound like they will do much for me since the bike is no longer in VA, taking it there is not an...
