Sorry guys, I am late to the party.
I don't use bags on my Griso so no first hand experience to share but it does look very close to the nylon bag from this photo.
RonS's bike from advrider with Mistral.
I would first check the polarities of the bulb socket.
Theoretically, the side of the bulb should be grounded and the bottom of the bulb should be connected to the positive.
Incandescent bulb will work if you mixed up the polarity but LED (a diode) won't.

I use plastic oiler bottle to fill the transmission and final drive.
If you couldn't get this, I reckon a ketchup bottle work as good.
For engine oil, I have this dispenser with a flexible spout, work like a charm!
If your turn signals worth a dollar, very likely the workmanship of the wiring too.
My mate showed me his 1100 Griso rear turn signals wiring underneath the rear fender lately, the wires are cut, twisted/joined with a loop or two of electrical tape over the joints.

Recently I replaced the rear signals due to broken rubber stem/stalk.

ATE super blue brake fluid
our local Shell V-power gasoline
Redline light weight shock proof gear oil
I bought mine direct from Pyramid Plastics UK.
The fitting is very good but I am not too impressed by the self tapping screws and double sided tapes that came with the fender extender.
I replaced them with 3M double sided tape and button head inner hex bolts coupled with nylock nuts. A little...
Re: Where are all the ride reports from the southern hemisph
I am located 137km north of the equator, technically I am from the northern hemisphere :?: :silly:
That's a little less than 6% of the price I paid for my G8VSE here, not too bad actually.
The tappet failure rate is no where near to the alarming rate yet, in my opinion of course. Nevertheless, I may consider this option if I continue to read more failure cases. Besides, the roller tappets...
