I have a Corbin with a back rest.I like it on long rides. Used with Highway pegs you can ride all day. The seat does raise you a little higher than the stock seat, FYI.
I had the same issue with. Ducati Multistrada 1100s. The fuel tank covered most of the top of that bike. When it swelled it made it a real challenge to remove and reinstall. Gotta shim those valves…
Traded for a Stelvio, no regrets.
I had a similar problem on my 2014 Stelvio. Replaced the master cylinder / hydraulic pump. Fresh pads, fluid, clean and lube all parts. Problem solved. I’m my opinion, brakes are so important I don’t take any half measures.
Respectfully Submitted
I had a similar, intermittent problem with my 2014. I checked this forum and double checked everything listed. I also added the extra ground.
Finally after a road side breakdown because the battery drained itself I found a fuse that had a broken post. It was the main line (40 amp) fuse under the...
Mr. Zibell, you were right again...
I sourced a used disc and replaced the dangerous old disc. A short test ride indicated another failure. I then checked the parts list and learned that I am missing a spacer. Searched my work shop to no avail. I have to ASSume that the shop popped it out while...
I recently noticed a strange sound coming from my front wheel. I found that the front brake disc has worked loose at the " floating" links. I can easily move it ~1/16" by hand. It rattles when moved in the garage. God looks out for fools...
I have had many bikes over the years (including 4...
Has anyone had success with the Laminar Lip?
I saw an interesting installation by Leafman 60 (Dec 2012). He used nylon stand-offs and screws to move the lip forward. I'm sure it's a more robust mounting also.
I currently have a cheap clamp mount deflector. It's OK if you don't move you head from...
I am finishing my seasonal maintenance and had Todd re-flash my ECU. He turned it around really fast, thank you sir.
Today was a little over 40F in Ohio and I couldn't resist trying it out.
I am impressed, what you see on this forum is not hype. I installed an "old school" liquid compass on the...
With the winter in full swing in Ohio I have been performing maintenance on my 2014 Stelvio NTX with 24,000 miles. My fist full winter season with this bike. Adjusted valve lash, all fluids, spark plugs & boots, injector balance. Also had to replace rear break pump and pads, and a few broken...
Hello: not really just in storage for a while. I'll put it back for long trips & two up riding. I've been messing around with it. GPR exhaust, Corbin set and bar backs on the way. Found a used Corbin on MGNOC web site. Guzzi people are great. I traded a Ducati Multistrada at Cycle Max. What are...
