One is under the left side panel, and the other is in the midle of the lower front air box, near the filling cap of the oil ( above the gear box). Looks like a small test tube.
hello
Does anybody know what is the function of the two transparent caps that are licated in the airbox?
If there is oil inside them...should i drain it? The oil drain is through them?
Thank you!
I have installed the original guzzi centef stand on my v7iii.
It's very secure ans stable.
The instructions were theral and clear.
The parts and bits match the bike and there is no compromise in quality or looks.
There is no interference withe the side stand in way.
I recommend it to any one...
On earlier models the head nuts had to be retorqued at the run in servise...so the valves were affected.
On the v7iii the cylinder base gasket is new and the head nuts aren't to be torqued. There for the valves are not desturbed. So Logic hints that it's to early at first 1000km service.
Your...
the service manual shows that valves should be checked after rhe first 1000km, and then every 10k km.
Isn't 1000km to early?
It's a v7iii, so there isn't any head nuts retorquing...
I like to have some spare parts ready in my garage. When I checked What size are they...I realized there is no information about it.
Not buying them yet, I just want the information ready for a needy day.
where can I find the size of the wheel bearings of the v7iii?
There are 3 sizes
Two different sizes in the rear wheel
Ans ine size in the front one.
Thank you...
Thank you
I also suspect the cylinder base gasket, although it's made of steel on the v7iii. I only have 1500 km on it.
If it's this wire, how can I stop it, or it a normal wheep?
Hi!
What is the wire going in the alternator cover in it's upper right side?
Is a n oil sweat normal from this wire penetration hole? (A small gentle sweat)
Thanks
It's a v7iii
