Fitting Oxford and R&G hot grips

Yes Steve, I have them on my 2017 Stelvio and they work great using the stock controller on the forward side of the left handlebar set. It toggles thru off/1/2/3. I found the same connector the the bike has on it and installed them on my Oxfords. Plugs right into the stock wiring. As for the...

    Fault Code PO136 on Stelvio

I have a 2017 Stelvio that I've put 24k miles on since buying it new in January of 2019. Been good so far, had a head replaced under warranty in December, and I do all the service myself. Been chasing a miss and rough idle for a couple weeks now. Cleaned the throttle bodies, sprayed SeaFoam...

Plus one for Alan @ OPM. I just met him on Saturday when I dropped my Stelvio off for some warranty work. Great guys, great facility! Alan was SUPER helpful on the phone after the Portland dealer left me high and dry on a warranty claim. Word is the Portland shop is closing down...

While I am not the guy to ask, I do believe they will reduce them. I feel a lot depends on the individual dealership with regards to how much of the incentive are they willing to pass on to the customer. Hopefully somebody with more knowledge in this arena will comment!

So @Alpine11 , did you get one? I'm waiting on the dealer in Portland to replace a head and rings on one cylinder, apparently I was lucky and go one with a bad valve!

The V7 is a sweet bike! Really like the Carbon Dark trim too! I bought mine from EuroCycles Reno. They have three locations, Reno, Vegas and Sonoma, Ca. While I won't vouch for them as a dealer, there price was unbeatable. I went to Reno with an enclosed U-Haul trailer and brought mine...

    Looking in Spokane,WA

I live in Hayden, Idaho and bought a Moto Guzzi in Reno back in January. I do my own service and have found it crazy easy to do on this bike. As for dealer support, I have met with Rick, the owner of Moto Guzzi Portland. He is a great guy and was very helpful when I was there in June on a...

Fitting Oxford and R&G hot grips

Sorry to resurrect a year old thread, but canuck1969 said there is no need to add the relay after 2013. I have a 2017 Stelvio and am looking at installing the Oxford heated grips and simply wirung them into the stock leads for the heated grips. Have read some say it'll cook the ECU, the amp...
