    Microfiber cloth on header...

    No experience with Guzzi chrome pipes ( I have a carbon dark ), but on my Harley sportster before I swapped out the drag pipes for a 2 into 1... I would go out for a ride long enough to get them hot, spray WD40 onto a paper towel or rag and wipe off whatever was melted on previously. Let it cool...
