Oh, they really are coming thick and fast! I placed an order with MSP in Holland first week in January and mine arrived last week. I didn't get the Pyramid Extender yet as I thought it prudent to wait until the mudguard arrived first. I managed to find a small rubber blanking plug to fill the...

That's great information - many thanks Dave. Actually I also found that i have some suitable pins and my idea was to bury them in silicone and wrap with self amalgamating tape. I'll pursue the part numbers though, just in case they are available on this side of the world. I'm hoping that the...

Stripped off the tank and found the connectors for the heated grips. Thanks for the advise on locating. For reference they have brown / blue wires. I don't have the Oxford kit yet so I don't know what it comes with, but I'd like to use the existing connector if possible. Does anyone know a...

    V85TT Mods Thread

I'm following this thread with interest. On the Heated Grips topic I've decided to go down the Oxford route. Can anyone advise exactly where the connectors to plug in to the wiring loom are located? And therefore what needs to be removed to get access? Also I'm trying to source the Caponord...

Thanks Chris, I've just stumbled upon this thread and enjoyed reading it. I was also on tour on the V85 at the same time as you and despite some bad weather in the Alps, I had a great time. Also for me the Dolomites and Slovenia were highlights. 2,300 miles in 9 days on the V85 with no real...

Yes, that's what I thought Tony, so I got a refund. When someone cottons on to the sudden demand I'm sure other options will become available. Has anyone found a hugger for the rear wheel yet?

    V85TT Mods Thread
