    V85TT Air Box Lid Mod

Reminds what I used to do to air box's back when motocross bikes were air cooled. You might want to add a pre-filter call outwears; outerwears.com - they make pre-filters for K&N. Or you could do what we did back in the day and just wrap your filter in a panty hose.

V85 Engine Guards -- a review of all of them, more or less

My assessment Is that the Givi has the best cylinder coverage but the upper frame mount is weak. The Hepco and becker has the best mounts the upper frame mount wraps around the frame tube and the main crash loop is a larger D.O.M then the others, in a crash the mount pushes into the frame but...

    V85 swing arm pivot.

Sounds great thanks for the info I've replaced more swing arm bushings on dirt bikes then I can count . With sealed bearings and shaft drive the pivot should last along time even in the dirt. The picture I saw of the bearings they looked reasonably large so that should help. I've never had good...

    V85 swing arm pivot.

As I understand it you have two pins/nuts that thread into the rear of the gear box that run on two bearings. Is there a lubrication service interval or do you just wait until they get scrunchy and replace them.

GTM E4 V85TT Exhaust NOW WITH DYNO RUN

No go look at the picture of a 2021. The o2 sensor is up by the exhaust clamp where the header attaches to the cylinder head. The 19-20 is down below in line with the pipe protector lugs. If you move the o2 sensor up there then you can use a hose clamp/clamp on type lug like the do on MX bikes...

GTM E4 V85TT Exhaust NOW WITH DYNO RUN

Two questions . #1Are you eliminating the weld-on hangers for the pipe protectors on the header pipe because they make those in a clamp-on no need to weld much better set up. #2 are going to move the O2 sensor up near the exhaust port like the 2021 E5 bikes and then offer it for 19-20 bikes. If...
