  • There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Be sure to see the GTM STORE link above; ALL product purchases help support the site, or you can upgrade your Forum profile or DONATE via the link above.
  • Be sure to see the GTM STORE link also above for our 700+ product inventory, including OEM parts and many of our 100% Made-in-SoCal-USA GTM products and engine kits. In SoCal? Click the SERVICE tab above for the best in service, tires, tuning and installation of our products or custom work, and don't miss our GT MotoCycles® (not) art on the BUILDS tab above. WE'RE HERE ONLINE ONLY - NO PHONE CALLS MADE OR RECEIVED - DO NOT EMAIL AND ASK QUESTIONS OR ASK TO CALL YOU.
  • Like the new V100, GuzziTech is full throttle into the future! We're now running on an all-new server and we've updated our Forum software. The visual differences are obvious, but hopefully you'll notice the super-fast speed. If you notice any glitches or have any issues, please post on the Site Support section at the bottom. If you haven't yet, please upgrade your account which is covered in the Site Support section or via the DONATE tab above, which gives you full site access including the DOWNLOADS section. We really appreciate every $ and your support to keep this site ad-free. Create an account, sign in, upgrade your account, and enjoy. See you on the road in 2024.

    Breva V1100 fork oil change

If the chart is accurate (it's looks impressive.....) then my question for all of the folks here is - what specific brand of 15W fork oil is preferred? What have you gotten good results with?

    Norge Mirrors

Well now I know why the left mirror was always blurrier(?) than the right - I was walking thru my garage and brushed against the left mirror (lightly) and it broke off.....! (I swear I barely touched it). An examination revealed a pre-existing crack thru the threaded base. I ordered the...

    Backfire fix

If this causes the mixture to run richer, would this then make the bike run cooler? Also, has anyone done this with a Norge 2V engine yet? A .99 resistor would be cheaper than an ECU reflash job.....

    Norge Mirrors

I am not happy with the blurry mirrors on my 08 Norge and have read somewhere that the best fix is to buy a set of the Sport 1200 mirrors. Are these the same mirrors used on the Stelvio? Does anyone have the part numbers for these and suggestions for the best place to order them from?? (I...

    Norge Speedometer Accuracy

Has anyone done any research on how accurate the speedometers are on the Norge? My V-Strom was almost 10 mph off at an indicated 70mph, but I haven't seen anything written on this topic for Guzzi's'.

This may seem like a stupid question, but when changing the gearbox oil, should the bike (Norge) be on the centerstand or sidestand? I'm not sure what the manual means by "upright with both wheels on the ground".

    2008 Norge - Vanishing Oil

My thoughts exactly - Based on my experience so far, I'm not gonna assume that this bike got proper maintenance just because it was a demo that lived at the dealer. I now have 5250 miles on it and am going to go ahead and change the oil and gear lube in the CARC and gearbox. Anyone have any...

    2008 Norge - Vanishing Oil

After reading about and dreaming of one for two years, I finally purchased a 2008 Norge. I planned out an epic adventure in which I drove a rental car from my home in southern Missouri to Minnesota to pick the bike up from the dealer in Minneapolis. Got a sweet deal on a "demo" that had 4600...
