    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

AS mentioned, it was the front brake master cylinder. I ended up getting another one thru a salvage part out via e-bay. Working as it should. Thanks for all the input.

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

There is a button to deactivate it, I guess my larger question is does the ABS module require a different method of bleeding the brakes?

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

Thanks, I will be opening up master cylinder next. Any impact that ABS module could be culprit?

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

I found a kit from Powerhouse Automotive (UK) that was correct. Did a rebuild, pistons were clean, no pits, rust, or scoring, in general pretty clean but there was congealed brake fluid that I flushed out. Put everything back together, bled the brakes and took it for a ride. Front brakes...

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

I will try that next, caliper rebuild did not solve the issue

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

Thanks, I did look thru ebay, but again wasn't sure of fit. Think it is safe to assume that MG Breva 1200 uses the same calipers as Norge. Found Brakemasters out of the UK with an ebay page that appears to carry alot of rebuild seal kits. https://www.brake-masters.com

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

I agree, having difficulty determining what o-ring set, searching for specs. I believe it is a 34\30. No info on Brembo site. I did flush entire system with no luck.

    Front Brake Caliper Sticking

2007 Norge w/ABS when cold little to no front brake lever, lots of travel, after a very short ride (1 mile) brake lever will be hard, no travel and the front brake will lock. I carry a 10mm box wrench with me and can release the caliper by cracking the bleed screw. Since Brembo no longer makes...

    Modern "No Start" issue solution

I continue to have the problem on my 07 Norge. Multiple pushes of the start button result in a click but no starter engagement, occasionally it would blow the 15amp fuse. I recently added the MPH solution and the fuse blew instantly. I went with a 20 amp fuse on the MPH wiring harness and it...

    Norge no-start

Took the bike to Steelhorse Classics in Williamsburg, VA. Took about 5 hours to locate a short in the wire loom coming from the ignition switch. Had to replace the switch. Has been working fine ever since. Frustrating little short.

Thanks John, this looks very useful. Out of town for several weeks so will have to review this when I get back

    Norge no-start

Rode the Norge on Wednesday, washed it and put it away. Went to ride Sunday and it wouldn't "initialize", turn the key and the headlights come on, the windshield will raise and lower, but no gages, no turn signals, nothing happens on the dash. Checked the fuses and the battery, everything...

    Breva 750 Oxford HotGrips Installation

I put a pair of Oxford HotGrips on my wifes' little Breva today. http://www.webbikeworld.com/r3/heated-motorcycle-grips/oxford-hot-grips/ I did not use the glue, the grips were a very tight fit, so the dry fitment became final fitment. I had to file down the outside end of the original...

    Breva 750 Handlebar risers

I put a set of Harper risers on my wifes' little Breva 750 http://harpermotoguzzi.com/handlebar_risers.htm Not as easy as I had hoped, but it turned out well. Had to reroute all cables and wires behind headlight bracket and instrument panel. Required a lot of dis-assembly. No binding from...
