Hello all,

I’m in the middle of a front fork refurb of my 1100 sporti but it seems that the top and bottom bushes for these forks are no longer available.
I can get the oils seals but all the Guzzi part suppliers I’ve checked say that the bushes are “out of production”. The Guzzi part numbers are GU01530542 and GU01530550.

Has anyone else come across this problem and found a solution?
 
If you still have the old bushings, a machine shop may be able to make replacements out of bronze. Not the same as factory but could serve the purpose. Also providing a tube and slider would help as they can test fit the new bushings.

Your forks are WP, yes? If so, reach out to them direct; wp-suspension.com -- or if you pull and measure them, I can likely source some for you via the (GTM) STORE tab top of page.
