Cloner
Just got it firing!
Thanks to GuzziTech for hosting this forum, and for making it so easy to jump aboard.
My name is Scott Cloninger, and I am both a Moto Guzzi owner (a '23 V100 base model in red) and the owner of a Moto Guzzi dealership in Albuquerque, NM (Motopia NM if you're in the area). I'm not sure why, but the V100 compelled me to buy a motorcycle (rather than just riding a demo for an extended period of time), and after riding it for a while I'm pretty sure I made a good choice.
I added the tall comfort saddle to get a little extra room between the seat and the pegs (to help keep these old knees a little more comfortable), heated grips, a quick shifter, the Bluetooth media module (simply to learn how it works to discuss it with customers...same as my first Sena SRL Mesh in a new GT Air II lid ..... I'm an earplug guy who swore he'd never have a coms system), and an Agostini header with the stock muffler to knock down the heat a bit. The bike is day-long comfortable (well.....up to 600 miles, anyway .... the longest day I've done on it so far) and is much more agile than it appears to be.
Anyway, thanks for allowing me to join your community, and I look forward to a long relationship.
