For those who have been asking... Below are pics on how I modify the air box lid on the 1400 for those using the GT Fuel Kit (only recommended). To do this, simply remove all of the lid above the filter (remove the lid and filter, and cut the area to shown below.) You can also drill many large holes in the lid as well, but below shows the best way for flow. The lids from your Guzzi dealer are pretty cheap (886859 - $25) if you want a stock lid or back up.
