Hi All,
I've decided that it's time for my Cali EV to receive a little revamp, by which I mean a strip, rebuild, fresh cosmetics and addressing a number of features that I'm not 100% happy with on the bike.
My list includes
I'm happy enough with the linked brake system so not need to consider delinking the system but I've never really gotten on with the brake pedal arrangement. The easy option would be to replace the footboards with a traditional peg and lever arrangement but I'm more interested in retaining the footboards and moving to a more traditional brake pedal as done by HD.
Has any one undertaken such a conversion and if so what was the approach and how did it work out?
Are there any reasonably straight forward bolt on options available?
Parts from another model that might be suitable?
Thanks,
Martin,
Ireland
