Cali Stone Speedo replacement advice

My 2004 Cali Stone's 2nd speedo has ceased to function after just 7000 miles. I would like to replace it with an electronic combination speedo & tacho that is a physical fit in the same dash. I see a bewildering array of devices out there..... does anyone have any advice on a do-it-all replacement that will drop in the dash?
I can do any wiring necessary I just don't want to change the dashboard panel, have to adjust the screen or change the existing warning lights. Any advice gratefully received.
