Looking for more sound from your standard v100 exhaust?
Simply remove the muffler and run a 50mm hole saw through the blanked off plate inside the inlet end.
This increases the volume a little without being too loud.

I too noticed the protruding bolt holding the cat.Luckily when i noticed it was still tight,i left it alone.

Do you have a shop nearby with a dyno to check if / how much that little mod may have affected the bikes fueling ?

Yeah, just run a huge drill bit through your exhaust. No data needed. No regard to excessive leaning out of the already lean engine. Who cares about burned valves anyway?
