Hi,

Can anyone say which jobs need to be done by a qualifies Guzzi mechanic? I'd like to service the bike (2009 Stelvio) myself - obviously oil change, valve clearances can all be done myself...

What about Idle Mixture (CO) or Cylinder Synchronisation, (or any other scheduled maintenance).

My 2012 with 50,000 km has never seen a dealer for service. Everything can be done by the owner using the service manual and some aftermarket computer software. You have some options on the software.

CO mixture cannot be adjusted unless you disable the O2 sensors. TB syncing is easy and you just need the software to reset the TPS.

Everything else is pretty straight forward on this bike and if you are anything like me will take more joy in working on it than riding it some days.
