Ducati 1098 vs Moto Guzzi V7 on track....

I just discovered this forum. What fun.

I love that video.

Reminds me of my best Moto Guzzi day many years ago, at the California Motor Speedway on my 1998 V10 Centauro which I bought brand new from GP Motorcycles in San Diego. The go fast crowd on their rice and pasta rockets, ate my lunch in the straights, but several of them had a look of terror on their faces as I dug right past them in the tight corners and out the hole. It was a perfect, glorious day!

I was a cocky hellion on the track in those days. I was wonderfully young and the world was my oyster!

These are actual pictures from that day. I had a “M” Media Plate on my headlight as I was a guest of the track. Everybody loved my Centauro that day. She roared and sang her song so beautifully.
