Wrapping up the fuel system today and came across two plugs possibly coming out of the back of the ECU. One is capped and the other is not. Do I assume correctly that the green circled plug is the port to connect a hand held reading device? Any ideas what the little two wire plug is? I’m not seeing a harness or receptacle that it goes to.

The one circled in green is the ECU diagnostic plug. I've seen the one circled in yellow. It is the type for lights, but I don't know why that one is there.
