Fuel filter PSA

Here is your tool to reset the TPS;

yes at lower RPMs is it noticeable, from 2K to 4K. not under acceleration. I cruse at about 4 K though on the country roads about 3.5K. perhaps I should not be running to top gear. I'm not sure surging is that much better description but maybe it is a throttle issue. I'm still waiting to get the bike in for a TPS reset so my tune up is not really complete. As I've commented before I have the mechanical work completed, air filter, plugs, valves, throttles balanced but I have not way (yet) to reset the TPS.
Hi All, HELP!. I have been trying to get rid of 'surging' now for years. I have replaced both fuel pump & filter, (no difference) I have set valves, balanced vacuum & TPS reset every 5000 km's (3100 miles), I have tried 98 Octane / 95 Octane ULP, Injector cleaner etc. but absolutely nothing seems to help. I note that fuel level in the tank seems to be an influence, e.g. full tank = no surge, 3/4 down to 1/4 surges badly, < 1/4 no surging. I get dreadful fuel economy, as bad as 8.5 litres / 100 km (or 20 mpg). I follow the sequence of, set valves, balance the vacuum via air bleed screws or Fast speed adjustment screw, followed by a TPS reset. I have reset Auto learning parameters. I have not tried re-mapping? Is that the answer? Any help appreciated.

Update, I had a faulty O2 Sensor (Lambda) on the right side. I purchased a replacement. ( I ended up going with Original part) Europeans recommend using aftermarket compatible component because of price, however in my country the price difference was minimal, both are expensive! I went to town & back today 242 Miles / 390 Km and I noticed no surging! (YeeHaa!) My fuel consumption is definitely better, but not where I expect it to be. I am only getting 42 mpg but better than 28.7 MPG like before!
My recommendation if you have surging and you have tried everything, replace those bloody O2 sensors.

if you get the the flash tool and todd’s map. you can omit the o2 sensors and plug em.
i use oxymett from jetprime to let the ecu know that something is hooked up to the o2 sensors. i think todd has a similar device.

Thanks much, and the sensors can be completely removed. Nothing else needed.
