Does anyone know of or can measure the dimensions of the spacer that goes in between the rubber grommet and the bolt of the rear fuel tank mount?

'03 Guzzi California Aluminum;
Part number is GU31103565, which I am finding is "no longer available from manufacturer";
#14 in the image.

I appreciate any help!

The tube part of that "spacer" fits inside the grommet and the flange pretty much just acts as a washer. So, a piece of tube that fits in the grommet and a flat washer attached to the tube is all you need.
