Woluld fuel mapping be required on a 2010 stelvio ntx. If so can the dealers do it and does it void warranty?

Yes it would. I do not recommend the lid without fuel revision (i.e. GT-Rx ECU and/or my PC-V/AT). I'm sure most dealers would not do this, and any that would void the warranty for it, I'd stay away from.

This is on the bike I am purchasing. What benefit does it produce?

Finally all tidy

Fitted the PCV and AT in the spring, then got the air ring.

So decided to tidy up the install. I used some of that 3M industrial velco and re-fixed the PCV and AT to the battery, dressed in the cabled and cleaned the K&N and put on the air ring.

Look at all the space around the filter.
The AT should take care of the increased air.

Are these available again? I have a 2001 Cali.
You are in luck, a batch of Cali rings and filters just arrived. Contact me direct email to order; Todd at GuzziTech.com or I hope to have them on the store tomorrow.

G'day Boy's,
I live in an area with a lot of dirt roads. Hence the Stelvio NTX i'm concerned about air contamination by not using the top of the air box. And installing a BMC filter element and machined open air box lid.

Filtered air is filtered air. The lid still allows contaminated air to the element, and counts on it to do the job. Opening the lid won't make it worse unless you plan on burying your Stelvio over the seat in water and mud, and at that point, it wouldn't matter anyway. Revised fueling is mandatory though.

Gooday All,

I too am wanting to upgrade the Intake on my Stelvio' an 09'4V'. As purchased used a couple years ago,I've been fettleing w/it for some time now and since learned it has a GuzziTech' Stickered ECU in it, which seems to Read.. IAW 5AM. V2 ..(sticker a little weathered).. Understanding this would seem to indicate a Re Flash' has previously been done. My question would be then, if this is the case, would this version provide enough Fueling' to support the Open Air Box & Hi Flow Filter?
I could certainly use the extra Boost'..

Cheers'

You will probably require addition modification to the map for an open airbox. I suggest you contact Todd (GT-Rx) directly for additional details.
