There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Be sure to see the GTM STORE link above; ALL product purchases help support the site, or you can upgrade your Forum profile or DONATE via the link above.
Ciao and welcome to the GT Forum. Your first Guzzi? As I wind down my life here, I hope to (soon) retire to Sicilia. I've sent you a direct email. I hope you'll next add your info to our Registry below. Enjoy/Cin cin!
Below is an on-going database of all V7 worldwide. Why? Just for the fun of it. If your bike isn't listed below, post a reply to this thread, and I'll add you along with a link to your post with a picture (hopefully of you and your bike, as they all look the same otherwise). If you've sold your bike, or bought one recently or are the new owner of one below, please post.
Feel free to write me direct e-mail to add a photo if you're having any issues in doing so; Info at GuzziTech.com

My two kids (in their mid-50s ) and I were at my local dealer the other day (I needed a rubber "spacer" for my Mandello S's windshield), and my older son sat on a tri-colore Monster (same vintage) on the showroom floor. He just got his first bike (Husky Svartpilen 401) a month or so ago. That Monster (S4RS?) felt really good, he said. He asked "how much?" and now has to save up; dealer wants ~$15k. It's a beaut! He'll have to wait a few years, get more used to riding in traffic, and save up. Back in 1990, I bought a brand new '91 851S, paid monthly for 3 years, kept it for 7 years, sold in 1998. It had ~34k miles on the odo and its original clutch. I still have some spare original bodywork... And, I still miss it, but don't miss having to pay the sales price (late 1990), and really don't miss the service's hourly rate at the time. Of course, the hourly rate's much higher now, but I've more money in the bank (now), plus the dollar is worth less now than back in the '90s. It was fun until it wasn't.
