How many teeth on Eldo flywheel?

I marked the flywheel for TDC for the left cylinder with punch mark and white paint. I want to use the window on the flywheel housing to set timing, but I need to know the number of teeth on the flywheel so I can identify the point where I want the spark to occur. How many teeth/degree?

Hence: how many teeth on the Eldo flywheel?

Also, is the elastomeric plug in the side of the housing a standard automotive item? The current plug is likely the original item and it is hard as a rock. Suggestions for replacement?
