Guys, I am on the side of the road in the middle of nowehere, NewMexico.
Stopped to take a photo, kickstand was unusually stiff to put down. Now moving freely, but engine shuts off when i put the bike in gear, with the kickstand up.

How can i bypass that sensor.

OMG.

Can you see the switch if you get onto the ground? Anything jammed up in there that can block function?

Not certain about your model so uncertain if it is normally contacts open or closed when the stand is down.

If it appears that the contacts are closed (switch under compression when sidestand is down) then worst case scenario is to snip the wires off the switch, and manually spice them together by twisting them together.

Again uncertain as to your particular model and setup.

Good luck!

If it is as I think, you have 2 wires from that switch.

Cut them from the switch, and strip some insulation, then wrap the ends together to complete the running circuit.

The bike will then start.

Should be like your Centanario.

Urgent call out for help on side of the road and you haven't checked back for answers?!?

Huh?

I even sent you my phone in a PM to call for help...

🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Thanks scott.
Switch was stuck in.
I mickeymoused the situation and improvised jackstands with chunks of concrete blocks.

Pulled the rod out, that solved the problem. When i put the kick stand down again it bent the crap of that small rod. So it can no longer be pushed in.

Problem solved 😅 not the fix i was going for. But i am back on the road, just have to remember to flip up the kick stand now

On the second photo you can see the rod that is bent and pinched out of the way.
