Loose stuff on my Guzzi

Several items loose from the factory.
Why do I have to take it in to clear the first service advisory?
Finding neutral takes practice, lots of practice.
The center stand is very difficult to use.
Why isn't the windscreen more adjustable? Anyone else have these issues?
