  • There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Be sure to see the GTM STORE link above; ALL product purchases help support the site, or you can upgrade your Forum profile or DONATE via the link above.
  • Be sure to see the GTM STORE link also above for our 700+ product inventory, including OEM parts and many of our 100% Made-in-SoCal-USA GTM products and engine kits. In SoCal? WE'RE HERE ONLINE ONLY - NO PHONE CALLS MADE OR RECEIVED - DO NOT EMAIL AND ASK QUESTIONS OR ASK TO CALL YOU.
  • Like the new V100, GuzziTech is full throttle into the future! We're now running on an all-new server and we've updated our Forum software. The visual differences are obvious, but hopefully you'll notice the super-fast speed. If you notice any glitches or have any issues, please post on the Site Support section at the bottom. If you haven't yet, please upgrade your account which is covered in the Site Support section or via the DONATE tab above, which gives you full site access including the DOWNLOADS section. Who's the best 8V 2011 Norge within 300 miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. that is not Leo's or Caswell?

1. To avoid confusion, you might consider deleting your earlier post with same subject line.

2. Not sure why you have ruled out the two you mentioned, but -- if he feels like taking on another customer -- try Jim Baron (formerly of Rose Farms Classics in Woodstock, Il.). Good luck finding him, but worth the trouble. Again, he may not have time for "unknown" customers.

3. Bring it to the Moto Grappa -- OK, a bit outside your range fan :giggle: -- but I Tom Sawyer talented friends to do such. See, e.g., https://bill-and-kathi.smugmug.com/Mikes-8v-Norge-Exxon-Valdez/n-6gDHbq/

4. More realistically, what seems to be your problem?

Best wishes,

Bill

The bike hesitates (?) around 3800 RPM. Dogs along until around 4200. Then takes off like a rabbit. Caswell is swamped and I have lost faith in Leo's. They couldn't find the solution. When I talked to the Service Mgr., about the flat tappits he looked like I had just asked him to explain quantum physics to me.

How many miles are on the motorcycle please? After 10 years, it is probably not unreasonable to assume that your fuel injectors are in need of service. There are several posts here about sending them to RC Fuel Injection. Money well spent.

Remove them and send them in for cleaning, rebuilding, and testing ($28.50 each side). You will most likely fix your issue you are experiencing as I suspect your spray pattern is poor. Removing them yourself is not difficult. There are posts here about it. Use the SEARCH function.
