Tuned and Synch'ed
Hello all, just drained my oils for a major service today (10,000 + gauze filter). Now, main transmission was clear with only a slight tinge of blue, & yielded 1 litre (was worried about leaks & dirt), but my final drive came out milky! No leaks, but I did have to re-thread the breather, & i've previously washed the entire bike twice before being slammed by countless supercells!
The last supercell knocked out my phone & damn near killed me - so i'm not ruling out water getting in there that time. However, the gearbox oil was excellent.
Is it a possibility the supercells did this? & aside from avoiding storms, how does one stop this from happening again?
I await your response...
