Hi All,
I may need to ship my V7 from Los Angeles to Italy (Bologna or Genova).
Do you know a shipping company for motorcycles?

Thank you,

Check with Shumacher cargo shipping out of LA. They ship over regularly. You could also check with Motototuring in Milan. Eligio can also help facilitate the shipping though I’m not sure it would be local like Shumacher. Myself and others have used Shumacher with very good results.

Thanks a lot! I contacted Shumacher cargo. I am now trying to figure out how complicate will be to register the motorbike in Ita.

Yes! I am just attached to my actual (first) bike. It runs great and and I'd like to take it with me, if possible.
Thanks!
How long do you anticipate being in Italy. I’ve been told that Italy has some difficult laws about bring vehicles into Italy permanently. The bike I shipped over was there 10 years but I didn’t ship into Italy and kept the plates from the US on it. I highly recommend you talk to Eligio at Mototouring in Milan.

I am afraid I have to go back to Italy (my home country) and stay there long time. I will miss californian roads!
I will definitely call Eligio, thanks!

Stefan Knopf shipped two of my bikes to Heidelberg Germany, he's honest, reliable, trustworthy, knows his stuff, he's German and gods to riders from the US wanting to explore Europe. He may be able to help you out. For sure he can get it to Heidelberg and from there it's a great ride over some of the most beautiful riding roads in the Alps. I know because I spent 7 summers riding there.

Paul is absolutely right. Plus if you ship into Germany you avoid the crazy import laws of Italy.
