I decided to tackle an annoying oil leak on my '65 Lodola and believe I have identified the source and cause being the preselector seal. Although it looks fine and is pliable, it also seems not to be snug when in place. See #33 below.

I've done a search for a replacement at the usual suspects and haven’t found one yet. Any thoughts on sourcing or alternatives is appreciated.

Just wild guess on my part. If you measure the shaft diameter, thickness of the seal, and diameter of where it goes, you may be able to use a metric lip seal. A double lip one if available. Also check that the shaft has no surface irregularities that would damage a seal.

Guzzino and Stein-Dinse were two of those usual suspects I mentioned. I didnt see the part on their websites but I've emailed them also. Thanks for your replies.
