For those not at Laguna this weekend... Any one up for a (likely very warm) ride in and around the SMMs this coming Sunday? Not likely I'll be up for an early start (post 4th celebrations), but if so... I'll post. Takers?

I can't make it on the 5th, but i COULD make it on the 3rd. I'll probably be up there with a friend around 1pm or so. Anybody else interested let me know and we can meet up at Starbucks before heading up.

I was thinking of taking a meandering cruise on the Eldo out that way leaving from Burbank. What time do you folks usually meet up?

Goosed Again... this time of year, I like to ride early and get there about 9~10 a.m. or so. Would like to meet you there... bring the Eldo. Our resident Eldo rider above (220) will be in Monterey. Have you bumped into him yet? Beautiful black Eldo with 4-leaf clover on the tank.

I've seen pix of the 4 leaf clover Eldo, makes mine seem like a Quarter Pounder without cheese set down next to a Ruth Cris steak. Probably the most beautiful loop I've ever seen.
But hey, it's the fact that we're all riding the finest Italy has to offer right? I've had show bikes before and now just like being on something I can tool around on without worry.

Not likely to make it. Will still be probably swinging around the curves on the way back from the National. Leave town back to Kiwiland on the Tuesday, so it might be a while 'till I get to the Rock Store again.

I have a coworker over from the UK, we will be heading up to the smm's saturday morning, hopefully, he will ride on the "correct" side of the road.... If anyone wants to join us, we'll stop by the starbucks at topanga and ventura about 8:30

Need to do some errands and chores today. Didn't make it up there.
I took my finally, mostly restored griso out for a ride today, ran great, wonderful bike....be at the RS by 9:30 saturday

We saw a nice black griso at the RS today, I thought it was spaceclam, even tapped on the sparkplug/headguards to see if they were metal. I rode with my bud from England, him on my B11, met up with other guzzisti on b11, plus we had my harley buddy along to keep the pace down..... I will be riding a real eldo to the RS tomorrow for all you posers....
That was me, been trying for a while to catch up with you guy's (ships that pass etc)!!!! I was at the Starbucks on Topanga and saw you drive by, V-rod in tow.... Not usually coming from that direction to the Rockstore i took 2 wrong turns and coundn't catch up......Came out from brekkie @ the RS and saw the Cali and B11 there, but no riders. Hung for a little to see who went to them, but nobody did. So headed back to Ventura, via portrero.....Maybe next time we'll hook up....
sorry mark, my buddy from the UK was nearly an hour late so we just blazed past starbucks, sorry, we took stunt,piuma etc, your griso is nice, It looks like a ss or chrome mistral pipe with a fender eliminator, very nice. Let me know if you need vsdts on it, I've gotten pretty good at making griso's with mistrals run well....
