Reading the 1200 sport owner's manual I just got confused.

I thought that the right side is for the spring preload seeting and the left side for the rebound setting (as is for Breva).
Is there any difference in 1200 sport model?

isn't it strange that there is no option for spring preload adjustment?
So there is no preload adjuster caps like on the Breva & Norge?

Well, according to the handbook, it's exactly the same as the Norge.

Sorry, that's the Italian/French copy.

Hmm I am still confused..

+Norge and Breva have the option for Front Fork Spring Preload adjustment.
Sport 1200 not?

+Breva and Norge offer only front fork spring preload (not rebound?)
I had the (false) feeling that the right adjuster is for spring preload and the left for rebound. :)dry: )

As for many things, I know next to nothing about the 12 Sport, but unless the advertising refers to the forks being "fully adjustable" it's common for there not to be any compression damping adjustment provided.

Unless you know what you're doing, having damping compression adjustment can lead to troubles. As I posted earlier, (somethere ????) some people will wind up compression damping hoping to compensate for springs which are too soft.
