Salve a tutti

I want to protect the tank on the V100 Aviazione Navale from my knees should they come in contact. Problem is I am unwilling to cover the area with something solid in color, it would have to be clear. Thoughts ?

Ciao
Paul

Clear plastic film, self clinging, cut to shape. Mine has stayed put for 3 years now in the same area of the tank.
An art supplier or graphics place. "Michaels" comes to mind (BC).

3M makes a clear material. Trace the outline you want using thin paper, then make the cuts of the clear material. Spray the tank with a 50/50 mix of denatured alcohol and distilled water. Position the clear material on the tank. Once the liquid dries, the material will stay in place.

Thank you, great idea

I've used TankSlapper film (thetankslapper.biz) on two bikes and it's great stuff. They have precut pieces for specific bikes. However it appears they don't yet have anything available for the V100. Give them a call; they might be able to help. I've corresponded with them in the past and they were helpful.
