Last week I took a 6 day, 2100 mile trip through MA, the Catskills, PA, and South East Ohio. It was a great time and I am loving my V100 even more after the ride! I'm also happy the weather was fantastic (other than rain for a couple of hours at the beginning and a couple of hours at the end) vs the heat wave we are having this week. I'd post some pictures but apparently I was too busy riding to take any... :)

Yes it grows on you when long distance traveling, despite it doesn’t have a big touring bike fairing.👍
Then on the other hand, when the wind shield is in the lowest setting it is great in warm weather used as roadster 😎
So if one can cope with the medium protection in rainy conditions, it offers a great versatility to be enjoyed any time and situation except dirt roads.

Well gents, near the end of my 3000 mile European tour to Budapest. The bike hasn’t missed a beat even when reading 38 degrees C in town.
Sadly i to admit the winglets don’t real work ☹️☹️
Heavy rain just sat under my arse and moistened my crouch in my Rukka gear . High speed or low☹️
Enjoyed putting the screen down for air flow in the heat 👍
Would a touring screen help ???
Dave on the red and gold one 🏍️🏍️
