Hi all,
As per the title, has anyone had any detrimental experiences using tubes in tubeless tyres?
And before we start, my Guzzi specifics this on the front.

Thanks, Chris.

I have done this literally hundreds of times in my shop.

Perfectly safe with no discernible difference in handling or ride.

Thanks Scott, just trying to figure out why the tubed front on mine feathers so badly as do other Bellagios.
I suspect heat caused by rolling resistance, but it's only a suspicion.
Has three different tubes and they all loose air pressure far faster than the tubeless rear.

On the next tire change, try to find a heavy duty tube. They are thicker than standard tubes so air escaping through the tube will be slower. Air molecules are small and pass through rubber. The tubeless tire is thicker so it loses presser slower.

Thanks John, that was my thinking also and I sourced a Michelin heavy duty tube.
That tube is in at the moment and it holds air for about 2 weeks before I have top up but the tubeless rear, with a gazillion spoke seals hold pressure for at least a month. Go figure 🤔
