I often get numbness on my throttle hand, which is not something I get on my other bikes.

I searched and saw that a few of you noticed the vibes, but I haven't seen a solution. Anyone have one? Or has anyone tried foam grips?

For me the stock bars had my wrist/ hands at an uncomfortable postion. I changed them out for a renthal fatbar, it made a big difference for my comfort. I'm not sure if it would help your situation, but it may be worth considering.

Try a bar snake, seen them fix it on other bikes. I don't own a V100 or want to work on one. I also have foam grips on most of mine.

Highway speeds in 6th, usually at the 20 minute mark, I can set a clock to it. Cruise helps, and squeezing my grip off and on to lessen the numbness as well.
I believe he was refering to RPM not speed because Guzzi's don't like to be under 4,000 RPM. I don't use 6th unless I'm doing about 120 kph plus.

I don't remember the exact RPM, it's my bike when I'm in Europe 2-4 months of the year, and no-one seems to ride under 120kph over there, even on secondary roads. Usually average highway flows, especially on the toll highways, is 140-160kph.
Even 100-120kph I usually keep it in 6th because the range is already not great and the abundant torque rarely needs a downshift, unless I'm booting it. I didn't go looking for it, but I can't say I noticed fewer vibes cruising in 5th.

I heard of that but thought it was made up - nice to know it works! Think I'll try the grip puppies 1st, if that doesn't work I will try this.
Yup.... way before the invention of Barsnakes. Bike on side stand with handlebars turned to the left. Remove right bar end and fill with BBs, shot etc.... Close the end and you're done.
