Hi there, I was wondering if anyone on here could tell me what the specs are for the front springs in my '06 V1100 Breva? The workshop manual lists 5W or 20W fork oil, not between 5W and 20W. It had 400mls 0f 20W in it, but is way too harsh when hitting bumps. Looking to change to 10W. I would like to know what the original std springs were (as in spring rate), as mine are aftermarket. Just wanting a base line to work from. They are the std 45mm Marzocchi forks with damper rods. If anyone has played around with the front suspension and got it performing well, I am interested to hear what you have done. I live in New Zealand where the roads are twisty and bumpy, and much of my riding is with a pillion. Thanks in advance.
