No, it is an entirely different rear cowl without a "number plate" area. It is part of what MG called the "Sketchbike Kit" (stripes kit) and is shown in the 2019 Moto Guzzi accessories catalog if you can find a copy. I have a PDF of that catalog but it is almost 60 MB so I can't attach it here. Each kit has a part number (CM304102 for the silver kit) but I've yet been able to pull that part number up in any fiche system online. You can still find a few of the kits for sale on eBay through dealers.
I presume it was called a "sketch" kit because you could "sketch/create" your own bike, picking and choosing from some of the optional parts like exhaust, levers, and mirrors.

I have that catalog, and did see the three kits offered $$$$$
I don’t understand,
Do some think it will be exciting, romantic , and drop 10 - 20k ???
Do people buy these bikes as an accessories , dress them up , then decide ,
Um, I guess I don’t like motorcycling ??
I had a mini bike, rode my brothers bikes ( crashed into a fence ) then bought my own… CB360T bikini faring, Dunstall headers, repainted, dirt bikes… i love two wheels

I bought the bike as you see in the picture. I'm thinking of removing the kit pieces off the bike and selling them. I like the way the bike looks but I'm more of a behind the scenes guy and this bike attracts a lot of attention. Or maybe keep the kit pieces and put them on if I ever go on one of those dandy mustache rides or whatever they're called.
