V7 Stone 2013 Air Intake Manifold Nozzle

Good Day
I recently took delivery of a second hand 2013 V7 Stone I noticed a nozzle sticking out of the air intake manifold / tube just past the throttle body as in the picture below.
I am trying to find out which pipe needs to fit in there and where it should lead, also the purpose of it as the bike seems to run fine.

Any advice on where I should run a connecting pipe to?

Ah Thank you, thats makes sense.

The open pipe I guess causes irregular vaccuum as well? As i do get stuttering of the engine specially on a cold start
