I spent a wet afternoon looking through the OEM parts catalogues for V85TT 2019-2024 (25 USA)
Apart from the obvious changes in airbox, ECU and Front / Rear sub frame design, here are some of the less obvious changes under the hood. Feel free to add any errors or omissions!
Head
There are a few part numbers that have changed between 2019 and 2023, noticeably camshafts, roller tappets and rocker arms. The biggest change is the introduction of VVT (Phase variator and Phonic Wheel) in 2024.
