What is the lose black tube on the bottom of the V7ii stone

Hey,

I just rode my 2016 V7ii Stone for the first time and I noticed a small black rubber tube that is hanging on the bottom of the bike. Is this normal or did the tube disconnect from something.

a tube that is open end and connect to something above the engine?

That might be your overflow tube for the gas tank.

A picture would be great :)
