There is ZERO tolerance on personal attacks and ANY HYPERLINKS to PRODUCT(S) or other competing website(s), including personal pages, social media or other Forums. This ALSO INCLUDES ECU DIAGnostic software, questions and mapping. We work very hard to offer commercially supported products and to keep info relevant here. First offense is a note, second is a warning, third time will get you banned from the site. We don't have the time to chase repeat (and ignorant) offenders. This is NOT a social media platform; It's an ad-free, privately funded website, in small help with user donations. Be sure to see the GTM STORE link above; ALL product purchases help support the site, or you can upgrade your Forum profile or DONATE via the link above.
That is just mean. That is like showing up with some delicious food for yourself and not bring enough to share. WTF?
Seriously, that is sweet. Good work. I am jealous.
Guys, Tobin said he can make a small run of these for those interested for $49 + shipping. Post below if interested, and I’ll get a pre-buy page online. The count will be done only for those who buy early.
Sound off...
For us non machinist such things may be out of reach. So I used the standard one Todd sold me but would slip when removing filter. I drilled 3 holes in the top along the edge and then would use three 1" self tappers screwed into filter body to grip filter. Out and thrown away. Use to put in filter was just enough to tighten 1/4 past hand tight.
Very nice work on tool I am fascinated by machining of metals. It's an art form truly.
Any word on this?
I am not on here all the time, but if you sell any I don't want to miss out.
Todd, feel free to email me when / if you have any for sale. I will even put my money down in advance if required.
