I just recently purchased a 1984 V650 Guzzi. It did not come with keys for the two side cases. Does anyone know how I can find replacements? My local lock smith wouldn't touch it???

The first thing we need to know is what brand of side cases are attached to the bike. If you don't know, then pictures of the bags and locks would be helpful.

I think I may have found a couple of possibilities. Sudhaus key system was written very small around the lock. So I googled it and found one key which I am pretty confident will open the side latches for the cases to open. And found a possible one for the locks which attach the cases to the frame. I've attached a photo of one of the cases. Locks that secure to the frame say DBGM on them. Locks for side clasps read 220.

Those are stock Guzzi bags from the era. You might try getting numbers from the locks and hope a dealer can order the keys. The good thing is all the locks should be the same key. You would have better luck with a long time dealer such as Harper's or Moto International.
