I hear you.I started last week, was cold for here then 60. The 2 bikes in storage space up the road were soaking wet with condensation. Road both for 20mi to burn it out of oil. The one at home got ridden 1st but no condensation. Lot's of guys here out today, almost 60F.
Today was the first drive for the season.
7 degrees Celsius (about 44 degrees Fahrenheit), but somewhat mild and calm winds.
Couldn’t resist with some short 20 miles!
You know that feeling when it’s itching to begin riding again, and that’s to be taken serious lol

It's -10 C (10 F) here this morning. One month and 10 days until safe and legal riding. The skiing is excellent though.
Almost 60 here yesterday.
Blew the dust off my Cali and went for a 40mile run down to Warm Springs where the bike parking lot at the local moto leather store was packed.....it was a good day!
It’s a really super nice wooden house you have sir!Lovely shot.
We get snow here, but nothing like my own distorted images of Sweden that always looks like our own home here once several years ago. That was rare and charming ... well, until it wasn't. Happily, "(dis)staff" here likes exercise.
Your own photo could have been taken near here at the top of Virginia ... well maybe in a few more weeks. Some green showing, as in these two pix taken a day or so ago, but most of the flora is in shades of brown and gray. Yes, that's snow on the far bank of the Cacapon River near Yellow Spring, W.V.
This last pic is at the old (but still operating) Capon Springs Resort.
Just relooked at your pic. That V100 is almost suspiciously clean, as if your garage -- where you have likely spent the last several months shining fasteners is just out of sight.
Oh, and what are the flags in the distance? I suffer from vexillologist syndrome.

What?! Common sense and good judgment can, of course, mean that it is too cold (among numerous other "too's") to ride, but it can be illegal?!
Was reminded of Warm Springs while reading Doris Kearns Goodwin's recent book on leadership with its sections on FDR and Warm Springs.
I miss riding Ga. SR 190 when down that way while we lived in Atlanta. Only a few miles, but a smile-maker. Always a great day ride to and from Atlanta that allowed for late afternoon returns with the sun on my back rather than in my eyes. I also recall a little stretch near Chalybeate Springs that, while short, was a grinner.
No pix? You weren't there.
Seriously, don't remember the "local moto leather store." If a longtime fixture, I must have missed it. Do recall having an occasional lunch a "family style" local eatery in Warm Springs.
Best,
Billl
"Extreme Rider" is the place in Warm Springs. Don't know how long they've been there but they recently upgraded to a paved parking lot just for bikes ( here's pic of part of the lot ). I make the run down there so much that I just don't take pic's anymore.Seriously, don't remember the "local moto leather store." If a longtime fixture, I must have missed it.
