You would think! This is one of my Stelvio's small mysteries right now: Slightly loose right shaft bushing and a hiccup between 5-6k would seem connected, but no leak detectable with smoke, argon, or carb cleaner.

As stated via email, I think your higher RPM hiccup electrical. You would think! This is one of my Stelvio's small mysteries right now: Slightly loose right shaft bushing and a hiccup between 5-6k would seem connected, but no leak detectable with smoke, argon, or carb cleaner.
Oh for sure; I trust your diagnosis. As stated via email, I think your higher RPM hiccup electrical.
I can get the bikes I've had to cough and sneeze when I wiggle the butterfly shaft, and idle is never steady or very low. I can also see a fluctuation in TPS degrees as well.I was saying that it’s weird because you would think that there would be a connection between a loose shaft bearing and a hiccup, but there isn’t in this case. Sorry for the lack of clarity.
Awesome information! Thank you!I can get the bikes I've had to cough and sneeze when I wiggle the butterfly shaft, and idle is always not steady on them. I can also see a fluctuation in TPS degrees as well.
