30 years of Californias

Cali 2's are some of the best in 80's, mine's an 86. Clutch hubs then were junk, changing one now for 2nd time in 55K. Most likely changed 1st time before new style in 93. Cali EV is my newest, don't like electrical glitchs or I'd have a new one.
 
I'll bet Pacifico, used on Yamaha's. You find them on Guzzi's too. Back in the day you could get the mounting hardware. When I bought my Cal2 new I told them to keep my shield and give me chrome v-covers.
 
The fairing on the 1400 is a "Wedge Fairing " from a company in Minn. It was a bear making the mounts for it as he had never designed for the Guzzi. It is pretty sweet actually. Run around $1500 U.S. I will take some pics and post. It's frame mounted and accepts 6.5" speakers. Much more stable ride than windshield. Had a disagreement with a deer and it was about the same as replacing windshield, headlight and spotlights.
