I have fitted a moto guzzi alarm to my Norge today, it works and I can start engine etc when its turned off, however there are 2 connectors left over that I can't see where they might go. It is a 4 pin connector. Anyone have any ideas please

where is this connector? Near the relays or at the back?

near the relays there are 3 connectors:
- one for the fuel pump/gauge assembly - 4 pins;
- one for the dash - might be 3 pins;
- one for the starting circuit - 4 pins I think;

which one did you not do? If it is the starting circuit you will need to pull out the starting relay to get that one into the loop - beware, a few of us with external alarms have had troubles with the starting circuit and ended up removing it and carrying out the starter mod.

Let us know if you need more assistance...

Havent managed to find it, have pluged in the black one and white 3 pin, alarm works fine and bike running fine. Perhaps I will leave it for now as its been ok (touching head he says).

I seem to have the opposite problem on my 1200 Sport. I can find the relay that the 4 pin connector connects to, but I can't for the life of me find a three pin connector anywhere near the relays. The closest is a two pin connector with a Green/White and Green/Red wire, but not the needed red wire and no way to connect without cutting and splicing which I have no intention of doing.

For anybody else who tries this, the English instructions list the wrong wire colors for the relay that the 4 pin connector connects too. I had to translate the Italian instruction to get the correct colors which are Orange/Yellow, Yellow, pink/Black and Red/Black.

Without this last connection the alarm seems to be effectively dead. The alarm light on the dash flashes a couple of times, but no chirps, no flashing turn signals so I presume this connector provides the power.

Did you ever solve this? I have the same issue.

That individual was last here way back in 2017, and not since. That post is 12 years old. I doubt you will get a response. Did you do a SEARCH on the site to see if there is any other threads with more current information?
