The cylinder castings seem the same on both sides have the large cut out in the fins at half past Seven on the LH and at half past two on the RH. The cylinder heads only have one similar cut out on the LH. On the old engines there was a contact braker housing, I think on the right. My old 850 T3 had one and I think it was on the right if I remember correctly but could be wrong. But Guzzi would not create a new set of casting patterns with this included. So what could this be for?
